1.      Scope

1.1    The privacy policy described here applies to the use of the website at This website is provided by Eisenmann SE, Tübinger Strasse 81, 71032 Böblingen, Germany.

1.2    We take the protection of your personal data very seriously – in particular, safeguarding your rights as a data subject with respect to the personal information we maintain about you. We capture, process and utilize personal data solely in accordance with the German Telemedia Act (TMG) and the German Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG).


2.      Automatic data capture and processing via browser

2.1    Like most other websites, certain information transmitted by the visitor’s browser is automatically captured by our server and temporarily stored in server log files. This information comprises the following:

  • IP address of the computer making the request
  • The client’s file request
  • Time of request
  • Http request method
  • Http status code returned by the server in response

Server log files do not contain personal data, and it is not possible for Eisenmann to identify individual users on the basis of log-file content. Moreover, we do not combine data from log files with information from other sources.

2.2    This website uses Google Analytics, a web metrics service provided by Google Inc. (hereinafter referred to as “Google”). Google Analytics employs cookies – text files that are stored on your computer and allow us to analyze your usage of this website. The information stored in cookies is typically transmitted to, and stored on, a Google server in the USA. However, if IP anonymization is enabled on this website, the IP addresses of visitors based in the European Union and countries within the European Economic Area will be truncated before Google transmits this information to the USA. Only in exceptional circumstances are full IT addresses transmitted to a Google server in the USA and then truncated. Google employs this information on behalf of Eisenmann to analyze your usage of the website, to compile reports on website activity, and to provide Eisenmann with further services related to website and Internet usage.
