Böblingen (Germany) / Hanover (Germany), April 22, 2012 - Eisenmann is showcasing its green engineering portfolio – and unveiling its new look and feel – at this year’s Hanover Fair from April 23 to 27, 2012 in hall 26, booth E2. The new IndustrialGreenTec trade show provides a platform for the international, mid-sized company from southern Germany to exhibit pioneering plant and equipment for energy and resource-efficient production and waste management – at a stand covering over 5,000 square feet. Made-to-measure, low-emission production solutions of the highest quality will be demonstrated with the help of an interactive model and a fully operational dip-coating system: the E-Shuttle.
The interactive model illustrates the significance of green engineering and demonstrates various aspects. For instance, it shows how waste from production processes can be used to generate power and complete the energy cycle.
Visitors can interact with the model with the help of pucks (the name refers to their shape, which is reminiscent of hockey pucks). To access more information about a topic, visitors place a puck on top of a terminal. This triggers a sensor, which in turn sets off a process: the relevant element of the model becomes illuminated, and the touchscreen provides detailed information.
Visitors will be offered information on the following:
- Green manufacturing
- Biogas plants
- Waste incineration
- Recycling and reuse of waste materials
- Waste water treatment
- Exhaust air purification
“IndustrialGreenTec gives us an international platform for presenting Eisenmann’s credentials as a proven supplier of energy- and resource-efficient industrial solutions,” explains Dr. Matthias von Krauland, Chairman of the Executive Board. “Our goal is to show manufacturers what is technically possible and available today, to raise their awareness of relevant technologies. We would like our interactive model to whet their appetites for more, so that at some point they will not only change their attitudes but also the way they plan and operate industrial systems in practice.”
As part of the fair, Eisenmann will also take part in a podium discussion on the Night of Innnovations on April 23, 2012, and attend the International GreenTec Conference on April 25 and 26, 2012.
