The vocational education takes place at our locations in Böblingen and Holzgerlingen, Germany. Following sound basic training at the Eisenmann Training Center, our trainees participate in fascinating customer orders in various divisions, which acquaints them with the practical side of the job step by step.

Among other awards, the high quality of the training provided by Eisenmann has been awarded the Junior Staff Promotion Certificate of the German Federal Employment Agency and yields optimum grades in the final exams held by the CCI. High takeover rates and a good stepping stone for a long-lasting successful occupation in our house are the objectives of our professional training.
Adequate applicants are curious, enjoy technology, have good mathematical and logical basic understanding, a high willingness to perform, are highly motivated and have a pronounced capacity for teamwork.
Online applications are possible the entire year and should be submitted one year before the vocational education starts.
